Maid In Katy was founded by mom, wife and lover of cleaning, Michelle Conaway. Having raised three kids, Michelle understands how difficult it can be to juggle all of life’s obligations. That’s why she is committed to helping families enjoy a relaxed and clean environment while still having time to hang out with the kids and perhaps have a little down time.

Many years ago, Michelle worked in the corporate environment as a Risk Manager. When her company changed hands and moved to another state, Michelle decided it was time to stay home with the kids. And that’s what she did! Her daughter is married now leaving her with two teenaged boys at home. She decided after years of cleaning for friends and family, she would start up her own business to help families in the Katy and Richmond area alleviate some of the pressures of every day life. How better to do this than to take cleaning off of the “To Do” list. And having worked in the corporate environment in the past, she understands the importance of a clean and functional place of business as well.
