Full Service Cleanings
The Top to Bottom Deluxe Deep Clean – This service is a thorough deep cleaning, top to bottom, including all of the nooks and crannies. We use eco-friendly products, steam cleaners on tile and essential oils, which are always included in the price of your cleaning. Imagine the smell of clean when we’re done! We recommend this service at your first appointment if you have not had a professional cleaning within the last 6 months.
Recurring Cleaning – offered at intervals of every week or every 2 weeks. At your recurring cleanings we provide eco-friendly products, steam cleaners on tile and essential oils. 1 set of bed linens changed upon request at each appointment. Additional charge for extra linen changes.
Top to Bottom Move In / Move Out Cleanings – For empty homes only. We do require that electricity and water be connected for the duration of our cleaning.

- Countertops scrubbed and sanitized
- Breakfast area cleaned, horizontal surfaces wiped down
- Coffee filter emptied and coffee pot rinsed
- Sink cleaned
- Exterior of cabinets spot cleaned
Bathrooms
- Bathtub scrubbed and sanitized
- Shower glass, walls, and floor scrubbed and sanitized
- Sinks cleaned
- Toilets cleaned
- Mirrors cleaned
- Cabinet faces spot cleaned
- Feather dusting of furniture, toilet paper holders, towel holders, wall art, and doors
All rooms
- Beds made, one set of linens changed upon request
- Furniture dusted, spills and fingerprints cleaned
- Picture frames and trinkets feather dusted
- Ceiling fans dusted
- Cobwebs removed
- Light switch plates sanitized
- Blinds lightly dusted
- Window sills dusted
- Baseboards dusted
- All floors vacuumed and mopped
- Visible floor space in the master closet and kitchen pantry vacuumed or mopped
- Trash removed throughout
- Front and back door glass cleaned inside and out
The Top to Bottom Deluxe Deep Clean adds:
- Extra time and detail on stains and buildup throughout the kitchen and bathrooms
- Appliance exteriors in detail, including the stovetop, edges of the fridge, and top of the fridge
- Cabinet faces cleaned top to bottom with cleaner, in both kitchen and bathrooms
- Breakfast area including vertical surfaces, such as chair legs and table sides
- Vanity lights and light fixtures hand wiped with cleaner
- Baseboards vacuumed, wiped down, and scrubbed where needed
- Picture frames and trinkets hand wiped
- Ceiling fans hand wiped with cleaner
- Blinds vacuumed and window sills hand wiped with cleaner
- Molding and trim hand wiped
- Doors, door jambs, and door frames wiped top to bottom
- Intake vents dusted
- Carpet edges vacuumed with an attachment
- Detail vacuuming of upholstered furniture in living areas, under cushions if needed

Custom Cleanings – Purchase a set amount of time at intervals of 3, 4, 5 or 6 hours.
