Surfaces are not just wiped off, they are scrubbed and cleaned. (There is a huge difference between wiping off and cleaning.) The women have been punctual, very courteous and friendly. The notebook kept on clients allows for continuity in little details of their service. The women have a system and they communicate well with each other in following that system. Our experience has been that at least one of the workers is familiar to us. We have not found one detail to comment negatively on regarding our Maid in Katy service.”
