Please check below for our estimated pricing. First time cleans and Move In/Move out or one time cleanings under 3,700 sq. ft.  will be charged an hourly rate of $70. Larger homes require an additional cleaning professional and are charged at $100 per hour.  Of course, every individual home is unique, so let’s get together to discuss the best possible plan for you and your family or office.

First Time, One Time & Subsequent Clean Estimates

Generally,  Maid In Katy’s first time clean takes twice to three times longer than your subsequent clean. This is because we take care of any buildup of hard water stains, mildew, rust stains in toilet, baseboards, dust build up, etc. We specialize in nooks and crannies, ensuring that our clients are living in a healthy and comfortable environment. Our goal at your first cleaning is to get your home to it’s highest potential of clean and then maintain that clean through recurring visits. Move In / Move Out cleans, Make Ready Cleans and one time cleans under 3,700 sq. ft. are charged at $70 per hour which includes two cleaning professionals and all cleaning supplies and equipment. Homes larger than 3,700 will require an additional cleaning professional and is charged at a rate of $100 per hour. Your priorities and the condition of the home will determine the number of hours needed to get the home in tip top shape.
